Born and raised in Acadieville, New-Brunswick, Chef Sébastien Richard joined the Gabrièle Restaurant as Head Chef in 2013.

After completing his culinary training in Edmunston, New-Brunswick, He travelled and worked across Canada, notably Nunavut, Quebec, Alberta and Ontario, perfecting his skills and picking up local recipes and methods of cooking. He has since settled with his growing family in beautiful South Eastern New-Brunswick.

Chef Sebastien brings new life to traditional Acadian and French dishes as well as a few International surprises utilising fresh seasonal products and seafoods.
