A genuine slice of history, L’Auberge Gabričle Inn brings visitors to the heart of authentic Acadia. Built in the 1800's, this former church traveled miles over icy rivers pulled by the strength of men and horses, before finding its present location in beautiful Shediac. For years, the villagers engaged in passionate debates over the future of this unique piece of yesterday. Now, it returns guests to antique times through its decoration, atmosphere and surroundings. Denis Landry, the owner, named the Gabričle in honour of his daughter.
